Recipe for a green moringa smoothie
Moringa can be used in a variety of ways, including as a tea or as an ingredient in soups or smoothies. Here is a suitable recipe for a green smoothie:
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 pear
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ avocado
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1 heaped teaspoon of Moringa powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon of hemp seeds
- 200 ml almond milk
How to prepare the moringa smoothie:
Put all the ingredients in the blender and puree them into a creamy smoothie. It is best to vary a little back and forth with the almond milk so that the smoothie gets the consistency you want.
